Introduction –

Tyler did a very hyper intro this week and did it very well although he forgot to interview Doug, bless! Oh then he forgets the song…the fool!

Song 1 – Deftones – Hole In The Earth

At time of press Dave was sposed to be going to see the Deftoens but due to Chino developing nodules on his vocal chords (which everyone seems to be getting the tour was cancelled. Any who, it still rocks and check out the new album which this single is from and you won’t be disappointed.

With Annie joining us in the studio and no one being hangover this was a much more upbeat than the usual show. John was sandwiched between Annie and Debbie 9what a waste) and Tyler between Dave and Doug. Dave tries to talk street, poshly, before Debbie insults half the SE Laundon population and we discuss Tyler’s heritage. We then move on to Kent and Maidstone Studios…

The porn bell returns as Annie rushes into telling us a story about porn-shock horror-Japanese anime porn or something. Doug seems to know far much more than he should…

So then it’s time to cover what we have been up to for the past few weeks and Debbie tells us a story about how she went clubbing, got drunk and was dancing on her kitchen table at 6am Sunday morning. See things have changed so much. There is then a debate about sleeping in the bath and someone used to sleep in the bath as a child-yes we are contacting the authorities as I type.

Dave tries to justify his bad introductions but we blame Stuart for having a life-what a bastard!

Tyler has done some preparing and brought mystery ingredients to cook with-we chose four and selected, Orange Jelly, Coffee Beer, Cheese and Sausages….we find out what he created in the forth link! BUT here is a handy film if you would like to find out how the dish was made, Doug and Tyler here ye go!

In this rather packed link John talks some common sense to Debbie and Dave-it’s not completely successful but it’s slightly productive. If you have an issue that you would like John to tackle then get in touch!

John has chosen an act which once featured as an introduction. They are the kids that sang the “London Underground� song. They were students at the time and now worryingly are practicing doctors…but go to their website and buy their cd!

Link 2 –

Doug’s seven day challenge-well we got someone to do one of them.

Doug was challenged in the last show to eat noting that had been cooked for a week. This basically meant he was stuck with raw veg and fruit for a week. He did successfully complete the task mainly because the pizza he thought he had was lost soooooooooooooooo instead he was stuck with the veg. So yeah hear how he got along-but don’t try this without professional help as Doug did. Yes he had Dave to point and laugh…

After having a quick chat with Annie, who is John’s housemate, in the pub about her implant in her arm Dave decided that it was imperative she came into The ILP to discuss it and it would also allow us to talk about contraception. You know creating a positive vibe for once. Annie basically has a contraceptive implant which means that she can’t get knocked up for three whole years-don’t have unprotected sex unless you trust your partner or whatever-and she talks us through some of the side effects.

Tyler then did some research and brings us some contraceptive tips form the past-again kids we don’t really recommend them. However if you do wanna try them out let us know how they work!

Song 3 – Annie’s friend form Sheffield.

We let Annie pick a song and its really good, however, she calls him by a different name and didn’t give me any info. to put up!

Debbie reviews two bands this week and both are really rocking. She’s not given me some reviews to put up so I don’t really want to take her place so I’l let her voice and music dot eh talking! So the first song is Chik Budo and the second has Buttonhead and they all have lots of gigs coming up. Check the myspace pages on the links below!

Well the first half is taken up by an exciting competition which is a bit dangerious for Tyler but with out giving too much away here is a vid we made…

So with that done Tyler wades through the correspondence and there is not really much to talk through as it would just be repeating what Tyler said! We seem to have scared some people away as it’s all gone very quiet…tho we have been busy to talk.

Right so there is some padding before Tyler and Doug bring the food back in. John talks a bit of TV and then the tasting. It looks disgusting but it doesn’t taste too bad. Then everyone finishes the thing off before Debbie realises that her Gran used to make a similar dish-more child abuse?
